Now a day’s so many students are suffering with unemployment problems. So we are coming forward to give support to those type of students.

1. MOBILIZATION:

• In this process first we collect the data from the villages by conducting job mela.
• We will sort out that data and send messages to their personal numbers
• We explain each and every thing about the programe, qualification, age limit, courses, class timings, are providing  free food, accommodation and value of the certificate.
• We will take special care for each and every student.
• We will explain the about the place of Institution, Hostel and placement companies in details.
• Our each and every mobilization officers has good qualifications too.
• After explaining all these things. If they have interested to join then we would give the instructions to reach the institution.

2. ENROLLMENT:

• We will verify each and every document like Aadhar, SSC, caste etc.
• When they came to institute – First we will show all the facilities directly to them.
• If they have interest to join then we would make them to fill the Registration form and certificate submission and everything.

3. TRAINING:

• After joining of the students we will provide breakfast at 8.00 to 8.30 AM with good quality and healthy food.
• The classes are started at 9.00 AM.
• The classes are furnished with chairs and tables and each and every class has a projector.
• Teachers will explain each and everything perfectly not only that after Teaching they do practical’s on the subject, under teacher’s observation.
• We are providing the Courses like Diploma in computers hardware, Network Maintenance, Tally, M.S Office, Broadband Technician, Auto Cad and Soft skills which are very helpful to the Professional fields.
• For each and every subject we have well experienced and good commanding faculty.
• The faculty will explain clearly and take personal care on each and every student.
• The classes will be continued up to 5 PM and after 5 to 6 PM the study hour is also there for students to do the practical in the Lab.
• We will provide lunch at 12.30 PM and dinner at 7.30 PM with good quality food under management observation.

4. OJT AND PLACEMENTS:

• The course continues up to 3 months. After 3 months we will provide on Job training under our placement officers observation.
• Up to 15 days each and every student will take on Job Training.
• After OJT our placement officers will interact with MNC companies for their Job placements.
• We will conduct HR Interviews and give direct placements to interested students from that we won’t leave the students.

5. TRACKING:

• We will observe each and every month and take the feedback from the companies.
• We will check their food and accommodations and salary details.
• If they face any problem there then immediately we will take action to solve them.

6. CERTIFICATION AND POST PLACEMENT:

• We will give the certificates to every student after conduct the Assessments.
• We will track every student Job facilities and also we will try for their post placements and development in future.

7. CONCLUSION:

• So education is the most powerful weapon to the student on that theme we will train the students.
• We will teach technical skills like hardware, Networking and M.S Office and Tally which are not possible to the general student.
• we will explain them about personality development skills, Interview skills, communication skills.
• So that Join hands together with RDIT.
